Vana Consulting was founded in 2008 by David Vanheukelom, a recognized expert in human capital and talent management strategy and technology solutions. David is a frequent speaker at industry events including IDC, IHRIM, Enterprise 2.0, Defrag, Red Herring Investors Conference, e-HR conference, Toronto Technology Week, and the Oracle User Group Conference. Vana typically works on a retainer basis with clients, whereby client receives a pre-determined number of consulting hours each month in addition to phone, email, and online collaboration advisory, which can also be applied to project work, webinars, workshops, and training. Short term engagements, such as project work and vendor services are also available, and are scoped on an individual basis.
