Our consulting services are not only focused on software implementation, but the strategic business services your organization requires for success.  Our consultants are experts not only in product implementation but also business strategists helping small and medium enterprises achieve ground breaking improvements in workforce management, customer relationship management, financial management, and collaboration.

We offer a fixed fee product implementation services to suit the needs and requirements of small and medium enterprises deploying our cloud suite of business applications.

We also offer a range of strategic and custom business services to help you execute on your business and technology initiatives.


Support Services

We believe every customer deserves premium support, no matter what the size.  To this end, we offer premium support for every customer built into our software subscription.

Our premium support offerings includes unlimited email and web-based support,  24/7 access to online user guides, tutorials, and recorded webinars.

Our phone support includes 12 hour 8am to 8pm phone support Monday to Friday every week, with an initial response time of 2 hours.  Additionally, we are available for phone consultation on an as needed basis during weekends.


Training & Education Services

Our training and education services offer a range of options for every customer including online web-based pre-recorded courses,  personalized training webinars, to onsite classroom based training on everything from planning,  configuration, testing, to deployment and change management.

Additionally, we offer advisory and best practices educational workshops on subjects including talent management,  social media selling and lead generation,   to collaboration and growth strategies specifically designed for small and medium size enterprises.
